Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that changes made to the English version of our website pages are consistently reflected in the translated versions. We recently removed a team member, Stephan Suter, from the English page at hidden link.
Symptoms:
Stephan Suter still appears on the translated versions of the page, such as hidden link. This issue might be occurring sitewide, where changes to English content are not updating across translated versions.
Questions:
Is the WPML setup configured correctly for syncing content?
How can I ensure updates on the primary language are reflected on translated pages?
Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you resolve the issue. Sorry for the late response; it was because of the holidays.
Please check the attached image. The information for *Team Member, Stephan Suter* is not visible on the following page:

Have any recent changes been made to this page?
Normally, after updating the original post or page, the translation must also be updated for the changes to appear correctly. This ensures everything works as expected.
If you are still experiencing the issue, please share a couple of screenshots to help us better understand the problem.
Please try to make the following changes after a full site backup {mandatory}.
1) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML (4.7.4 series)
2) Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Refer to the following links for more details:
