Hello, up until recently we have had no issues with WPML returning files. We have a large set currently out in translation that have been returned to our provider but they have not been automatically picked up. When I go into translation management > translation dashboard. I can see there are 514 translation jobs. Clicking check status and get translations fetches about 36 jobs before refreshing the page. After a while when going back to the page it can be seen that no jobs have come back and the number will remain at 514. We need to get these translations back and into our system as soon as possible.
