I am trying to: edit with ATE translations created with standard editor

I expected to see: existing translation segments

Instead, I got: blank fields with no translation, translations reappear if I switch back to standard editor or if the translations have been created with ATE.

Hi.

Could you please elaborate on the issue?
It would be best if you give me the exact steps of what you are doing before this problem happens so I can try and replicate it on my test site. Please tell me in steps do 1.2.3...
It would be good if you can attach some screenshots.
Also, please explain to me what do you mean by 'standard editor'?
Do you mean the classic WPML Translation Editor or the WordPress editor?
Please also tell which segment are you missing in the ATE?
Are they regular content, custom fields, taxonomies, or else?

Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read the detailed explanation about it here.
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem.

Thanks,
Itamar.
