Definitely. We are here to help!

Can you please switch to a default theme like TwentyNineeten and see if the language switcher works? Make sure to add the switcher to a menu in TwentyNineeten.

If it still doesn't work, please make sure your homepage is marked 100% translated to atleast one other language. Also, please go to WPML - Languages and make sure you have added language switcher at some location.

Please let me know how it goes!

I've tried to change the theme but it still not working.
The woocommerce translation works : hidden link
I've tried with a language switcher, it doesn't change a thing.
I've removed it.

Btw the menu in my header made with elementor is broken when I add a language switcher.
It looks like there is problem with elementor.

I went to WPML - Languages - Menu language switcher and added language switcher to the menu.

I was able to see it on the front end as well. Please check your site and attached screenshot.

Let me know if this helps!

It's been a week and you still don't understand my problem.

I want to be the french translation of

The page is 100% translated in my back office, but the two links give me the EN version.

And I don't want to have the language switcher because the translation doesn't work.
I don't want my users to see a broken website.
I'll put it back when it works.

I'm very sorry that I misunderstood your query. I see the issue now. Your homepage is translated 100% to French but it is actually not showing up as translated.

I'm looking more into the issue and will update you as soon as I find the issue.

Thank you for your patience!

I tested this on my local environment with a copy of your site.

IMPORTANT: Please make a backup before following the steps.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue:

1. Go to your home page - Edit - Switch the language to French using the switcher in admin bar
2. Now click Edit independently
3. Under languages, click Overwrite with English content
4. Then edit the page with Classic Editor.

You should have the old translations there as well.

Let me know if this helps!
