I am trying to: translate some product add-ons

URL of (my) website where problem appears: hidden link

I expected to see: translations of the add-on

Instead, I got: all English texts

Steps to duplicate the issue:

The translation of the fields used in the global add-ons appear in WPML String Translation, but these are not shown when you're on a translated page (it still is in English).

If you mention a new value for the group name or option label, the new value appears in WPML String Translation, the new value is also shown on the EN website but the (updated) translations are not shown on the translated pages...

I know this was ok in the past, but I don't know exactly since when (which version of the plugin) this is not working correctly anymore.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting support forum.

Can you please share addon name for which translation stopped working ? Please also share the string text or link so I can replicate the issue on latest version.

Thanks

Hello, thanks for checking!

This is the plugin (plugin is up to date on my site): https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/

Global Addon added for all product categories:
hidden link

Strings are visible in 'WPML String Translation'
hidden link

Product in English (OK)
hidden link

Product in Dutch (but still 'gift wrapping paper')
hidden link

Product in French (but still 'gift wrapping paper')
hidden link

This is also for simple products (not only variable products as example above). All other configured add-ons have the same issue.
