We are using:
WPML Multilingual CMS: Version 4.3.5
WPML Translation Management: Version 2.9.3
WPML String Translation: Version 3.0.5
Theme: Enfold Child (EN)

When I try to send jobs for jobs translation from Translation Basket I get :

Sending your jobs to professional translation
Rollback jobs...

Batch rolled back

and the translations are not getting sent out. Please assist.

I tried to access the website admin panel but I got the error showing in the attached screenshot.

Also please provide me with the job that caused this error to be able to trace it.

I've checked your website and I found that the WordPress and the WPML version are too old and need to be updated, so could you please update the WordPress and the WPML plugins and try again?
