We have trouble getting our custom post types to show up in the translatable menu.
Do you know how to do this? I can select it from the dropdown but it will not show any content and resets to "Page".

Anyone? That looks like a WPML bug (restetting filter to Page all the time irrespective of what we select) that needs to be fixed ASAP. We cannot work with this error happening. Please help!

Welcome to the end user forum. On this forum we are doing our best to resolve "How to" questions.

Could you please list the WPML plugin's versions you are using on the site? To make sure that's not the case with outdated plugins.

What's the name of your custom post type? Has it been set as a translatable? You can do this if go to WPML >> Settings > Post Types Translation.

Hi Andrey,

As you closed the other ticked, I am using this one as the client replied. Could you please reactivate that ticket so that we can continue? Meanwhile, please find the client's answer below. Could you please let us know how serious it is and how to resolve it quickly (does it look like possible reason for the issues we have?). Without fixing this we are unable to work and all parties involved are becoming ultimately concerned now. Thank you for your quick help in advance.

„At this time we are still unable to add items from Custom Post types to the translation bucket.
We recently discovered this is a result of Platform SH the hosting that was chosen, and we are working to fix this.
If you are able to run translations on the jobs that are in there, we can at least test that portion until we can get more going.
Thanks for your patience while we sort out WPML and Hosting issue.”
