Try to deactive WPML

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

Monkey	Dear helpdesk, I've tried to deactive this staging site. I did these steps 1. remove all translate pages using this step: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-completely-remove-a-language-from-your-site/#:~:text=Go%20to%20WPML%20%E2%86%92%20Languages,secondary%20language%20from%20the%20database. 2. I've reset the wpml and deactive it using this step: https://wpml.org/faq/how-wpml-reset-works/#:~:text=To%20reset%20WPML%2C%20go%20to,Reset%20and%20deactivate%20WPML%20button. 3. I got a blank page, it show only loader animation 4. I active WPML again the site is active hidden link Can you help me to active WPML? Thank you Best Surya

Mihai Apetrei Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there. Not sure if you need the staging site anymore or not - if you don't need it anymore, you can delete it altogether. This issue shouldn't take place and I recommend this to be tested with just WPML active and a WordPress-default theme. There shouldn't be any loader icon there. Please let me know how things go. Monkey	I've removed the loader hidden link and the wpml I miss some functions if I disable wpml: 1. the wp admin bar is gone 2. the accordion is not working 3. the portfolio and blog are gone: hidden link hidden link 4. the footer menu is also gone.

Mihai Apetrei Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there and thank you for the update. I'm happy that the loader is gone. Still, WPML should not be related to any of the issues that you are experiencing. The main functions of the theme or any plugin that you used and that are not requiring WPML in order to work normally, should still work fine with or without WPML active. There's definitely something else that happened on the site - either some other plugins were disabled, or some data was also removed from the database. There's no other explanation that I can find in my mind when trying to think about it. Mihai
