Background of the issue:
I am trying to activate automatic translation on my website hidden link using my purchased 200,000 credits. I followed a video tutorial to do this.

Symptoms:
When I go to Translations Management --> Automatic translation, it only says Error and that I should contact the support.

Questions:
Why am I seeing an error message when trying to activate automatic translation?
How can I use my 200,000 credits for automatic translation on my website?

Hi there,

Please go to WPML->Support->ATE error logs and share with me the top 5 errors logged in that screen.

This will help me better understand what might be causing this behavior.
