Well, I expected to be able to go from the "Translation Languages" tab to the "Language Switcher" tab in the first setup of the plugin.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Try to install WPML again.

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?
