I am trying to: translate a very simple contact form 7 form

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: the fields to be translated

Instead, I got: see attached screen shots.

I created a new Contact Form in English, saved it.
Installed the WPML Contact Form 7 Multingual plugin, activated it.
Set the WPML settings to use Advanced Translator.
In Translation Management sent the form to be translated into 5 languages.
In Translations, opened up the Translate tab for Chinese - and only the Contact Form 7 title name shows up. No fields show up to translate.

Am i forgetting to do something?
Thanks a lot appreciate any help!

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Once you create or translate a contact from you will find a individual shortcode for each form available.

Those shortcodes will need to be placed on each page respectively in order to show each form in its respective language.

Let me know if this solved the issue.

Kind regards

Hi Andreas
Thanks for the reply. I understand that you need to put the shortcode after translation of the form to have the form show up in the corresponding language.
My issue was that I couldn't even translate the form to begin with. It showed up in Translations with no fields to translate.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. It would be very helpful if I could take alook at the issue myself.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
