Turn off translation management functionality

benD-11	Hi there, I've just noticed that the translation management plugin has been moved into the core plugin. We find that the added functionality is confusing and unnecessary for our implementation. How can we turn it off? Thanks David

The only workaround is the one I described here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-can-i-let-all-users-to-create-translation/#post-10102167 And you can also send a feature request for this here that will get straight to our developers: https://wpml.org/suggest-a-new-feature-for-wpml/ That's the best recommendation I can make in regards to this request.
