I am trying to:
We sent a translation to the Stream Service, the quote of close to GBP 700 was too much for this article (<1000 words) so we rejected it. Trying to use another service, but we are unable to cancel the job since the checkbox does not appear. We resynced several times.

I expected to see:
a cancelled job 🙂
Instead, I got:
job still "in progress"

You can't delete a translation job for a professional service from WPML Translation Jobs, you need to cancel it from the Translation service site it self, I assume that you are using the "Translation Media" service, right?

If so please follow the steps in this document to cancel the job : https://wpml.org/translation-service/translatemedia/#cancel-jobs
