Link to a page where the issue can be seen:plugin page

I expected to see:the plugin configured after inserting my key

Hello,

If i understand correctly you are currently going through the configuration screen of WPML and the issue is happening at the end where you add your key correct ?

what are your results if you simply skip that option for now just to finish the configuration and add the key later ?

does the configuration finish ?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, the configuration of WPML multilingual CMS seemed to be successful.

However, the same issue (loading infinitely) happened when I tried to install and activate 'String Translation' and 'Translation Management'. These two plugins fail to install regardless how long I wait or if I tried to skip the loading page... Please find the screenshot attached.

Hello,

In the plugins page do you currently have the option to "keep wpml up to date..." ? if yes please uncheck the box.

otherwise please try uploading and installing the plugins manually for this time

=> wpml.org/account/downloads/

to do a manual update please follow these steps:

1. Backup your database – see for example: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/

2. Deactivate the existing WPML plugin and add-ons.

3. Delete the plugin files – this does not delete your translations. You will simply delete the plugin files from you "wp-content/plugins" folder NOT the database records.

4. Download the updated plugins from our servers and upload them to the plugin directory.

5. Activate the WPML plugin and add-ons.
