Hi,

Can you please check our chat history and answer what I asked there? I was asking whether this logo is added through theme customizer or theme options perhaps.

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Hi,

In order to debug this issue further quickly, would you be willing to provide me with temporary WordPress admin username so I could investigate the issue directly?

Also, can you upload that Chinese version into media library so that I have something to work with?

Please make a full backup of your site before sharing this info!

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup.

Bruno Kos

Hi,

There it is:
hidden link

I used this custom XML:

<wpml-config>
  <admin-texts>
    <key name="theme_mods_hello-elementor">
      <key name="custom_logo"/>
    </key>
  </admin-texts>
</wpml-config>

And then translated the image ID within string translation, ID being the image ID as stored within media library.

Regards,
Bruno Kos
