Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
Please try a compatibility test
- backup your site
- disable all plugin except WooCommerce, WPML and its addons
- switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen
- check if the issue is happening again
- if it's not, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking every time if the issue shows up again
- lastly, reactivate your theme
I see you are running a multisite, so I can't see all the other plugins you have on your site, but please deactivate them as well. I see stuff like WP Rocket that might be involved with this issue.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you! after doing the compatibility test I found out there was a bug from the theme. The author released an update that fixed the issues. Thanks
