Hi there,

When we are attempting to access the backend we see "ERROR: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 11 hours." , however, that is not coming from myself or the developer working on this issue as we did not have any failed attempts (was working OK yesterday)

Hi there,

The team was able to login successfully, thank you for that!

Our ATE team has located the issue and is working on resolving it as it looks like some sort of authentication problem coming from stored keys, we will update you as soon as I have more information but did want to keep you up to date.

Hi Bobby - Do you have an update? When do you think this problem is going to be solved? We were considering switching to another translation plugin, Do you think this is necessary?

Thank you for your patience, we are actively working on this with our team as it is an edge case rather than a global issue.

I dont foresee this issue being an issue much longer that it would require usign a different plugin in my opinion.

NOTE: The login is a hit and miss, right now I was logged in to review the progress and I was kicked out without being able to access again.

Is there a firewall or plugin causing this behavior?

Hi Bobby - I already reset the password for you. I'm going to ask the agency about the firewall or plugin causing this problem. Please keep me in the loop and let me know when this problem gets solved.

The agency went in and raised the threshold higher on logins and login attempts within WordPress. I hope this works. Please keep me posted.

Hi Doug,

Thank you for your patience, I have been closely following up with the team assigned to this issue and we are actively working on it still.

What is holding back progress is the reproduction of this issue, unfortunately it's not the easiest occurrence to reproduce when debugging, however, there seems to be more progress as of today and I will be updating you with our results as soon as I have more feedback.

Hi there,

Are you currently using Litespeed on the site or server?

We found a connection to litespeed with a similar issue and would be good to check this as well on your current environment, unfortunately the login is not working at the moment.
