When I joined this discussion, my colleagues said that the issue was caused by Cloudflare.
To apply a workaround, I need access to Cloudflare so I can set up the necessary rules and prevent it from changing the URL parameters, which would invalidate our signature.
I have a few points here:
1. I need you to confirm whether you are using Cloudflare for your website.
2. If you are not able to give me access to Cloudflare, then I suggest disabling it and disconnecting it from your website. You should ask the person responsible for managing your infrastructure to handle this. After Cloudflare is disabled, we probably will not need to apply any fix.
3. If you still want to use Cloudflare, you should get access to it. Otherwise, I am wondering how you will be able to apply changes or maintain your infrastructure in the future.
