Hi Tomas, David here, from the WPML Dev team. Thank you for your patience, and sorry for the trouble. We checked your case and found the reason: during the translation download, one small part of the translated text came back empty/incomplete. Because of that, WPML could not finish importing this translation job and showed the error message. This is usually a temporary issue with that specific job and can normally be fixed by sending it again. Please follow these steps 1) Cancel the failed job 2) Send the content again for automatic translation 3) Confirm it completed WPML will queue a new automatic translation. Check status in WPML → Translations. If the same error appears again, I will appreciate if you agree with sharing temporary access to your site for a better debugging. You don't have to worry, we have terms where we are not allowed to share information and this is for support purposes only. You can also delete any account created for us once we solve this issue. If you agree to sharing the access, I will ask you to share them on the form you'll see above this message. The access you share will be private and only us will be able to see it. Please DO NOT share access on this reply/message box, use the form instead. Kind regards, |
