[Resolved] Unable to translate WooCommerce Free Gifts

plugin free-gifts-for-woocommerce is not working on other languages, It only shows the product ID in the original language when creating the free gift rule.

Hi. i have done that but now i cannot choose the product as free gift. its not being detected while i type product name. can you suggest best plugin to replace this instead?

It's possible the product ID is stored in admin texts, or perhaps you can set a separate rule for your second language? I tried logging in but it seems the plugin does not allow the Rules to be translated. I went to WPML -> Translation Management and filtered by Rules but nothing shows up there. So I believe this plugin is not compatible with WPML. I suggest you can reach out to their plugin author and suggest they join our Go Global program, so we can make the two plugins compatible, or you can search the forum or the list of compatible plugins to find one that may work.
