Since you mentioned that your team was able to fix it on dev server, can you please examine the differences between dev and live site? For example, WordPress version? Machine/server resources (i.e. memory, timeouts, caching and/or CDNs). -- In dev site also we are getting the same error

Here is the ticket. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Sorry, I cannot access your server using FTP as I'm getting the attached screenshot.

Anyway, could you please enable debug mode as explained here https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

Then, upload your debug log into dropbox or google drive and share the link with me.

After enabling the "Debug Logs" on the server, I'm able to see this error "The application did not respond in time." and it seems to be related to your pantheon hosting as explained here hidden link at the bottom section.

Could you please check?

Hi Team,

Accordion pantheon support team , they are telling there is slow running php file is there and they are guide us to fix that file and nothing to do with the server

Also according to them, If you receive a The application did not respond in time error when trying to install a theme or plugin, your experience may be affected by a combination of large files and a poor internet connection. Extract the files locally and upload them via SFTP.
This wont solve the issue our issue is slow running of th e php file

I've deactivated all plugins and switched the theme to the default theme and the problem persists. I still cannot open the menu sync hidden link

Could you please enable debug mode on your staging site? https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ . I've tried to enable it but I'm not sure which wp-config.php file should I edit. Let me know how it goes.

For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To assist you further, please follow these instructions:

Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

Can i send the files ina rchive format and databse in compressed format in your drop box let me know, this duplicator plugin taking too long to arachive the files also seems to be failed
