I am trying to activiate the plugin but I get the following message 'Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.' In the error logs I am getting 'Uncaught Error: Class 'WPML_XML_Config_Log_Factory' not found'

I've deleted the plugin, downloaded a new copy and installed it and still the same error.

Thank you for contacting the WPML Support Forum.

Could you please disable all plugins and then try to activate WPML again?

In case you are able to activate the plugin also activate all add-ons currenlty used, like String Translation, Translation Management, etc.

Now, start reactivating any additional plugin in small groups or one by one until the error appears again.

If you receive another error take not of the plugin name and let me know for further debugging.

To help you faster, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us:

Kind regards
