This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I have translated my English homepage into the Traditional Chinese version. However, after completing the translation, from the admin page view (I hide the page from visitors) I can see another incomplete version of my page is duplicated on top of the page, while the homepage slider was disappeared.

Solution: The cause of the issue seems to be that the header is not translated to all languages and it isn't added to all translations to the homepage correctly. If looking at the page options of the front page for the Content Block, you can see that the header has been set for some page "Header | Homepage | Creative Agency" but it isn't translated.

Please translate the header to all languages and assign it correctly to all homepage translations.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've tried to inspect the Visual Composer elements of the Chinese Traditional page but it seems everything is fine and match with the original English version.

I'm using the latest Uncode Theme. (v 1.8.1.1)

1.- Please provide the steps to reproduce the issue.

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I was able to reproduce the issue on the live site. Could you tell me if the issue persists in another page? Also, could you tell me if the issue persists when you use the option of Duplicate?

Hi Carlos,

Thank you very much for the feedback. I have tried 2 different translation options but the problem still persists on both options.

1. For Occasions (hidden link), I have translated the page (just copy all the contents of English) from the listing page, as with the Main Page.
2. For Occasions - PopUps (hidden link), I have translated the page (just copy all the contents of English) using the duplicate options.

Is there any other ways I can try out? Or is there any solutions?

Hi Ernest,

I just created a copy of the site but I need to ask you to follow this steps:
- Update Slider Revolution plugin to it's lates version.
- Flush all cache memory and minified HTML and CSS.
- Deactivate WP Disable and fix all the issues that might appear.

Once the steps above are done, please let me know if the issue continue.
