I apologize for the inconvenience. If you got charged, and the order is not there, there must have been some kind of problem along the process. That's perhaps why you can't cancel the auto-renewal, as it has not been recognized by the system.
Can you please send me a screenshot showing the date and amount you were charged? Any kind of prrof suffices. I'll analyze it along with the accounts team, so you can cancel the subscription and get a refund, ok?
