To cancel your automatic renewal:

1. Log in to your WPML account and click Modify.
2. On the page with your subscription details, click the Change payment method link to manage your credit card.
3. You can also cancel the automatic renewal on this page

Let me know if you find it.

I clicked on the link: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/ - and it says that I have no orders for 30 days. How can that be?
Money was withdrawn from one of my cards today for a subscription!

I can't find where to change this (see screenshot). I'm on the page: https://wpml.org/account/view-subscription/16773243/. Could you write specifically where to go and what to click on?

Hey there,

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you got charged, and the order is not there, there must have been some kind of problem along the process. That's perhaps why you can't cancel the auto-renewal, as it has not been recognized by the system.

Can you please send me a screenshot showing the date and amount you were charged? Any kind of prrof suffices. I'll analyze it along with the accounts team, so you can cancel the subscription and get a refund, ok?
