Hi Osama,
I managed to install WPBakery version 6.0.2 but nothing has changed - always the same situation.
In Chrome you see correct and in Safari no!

I am thinking that the problem could be of incompatibility of PHP version 7.06 which is too old.
I will try to ask the provider a change of servers to update the PHP.

Thank you for all your support, Happy Easter.

Hi,

Kindly check on the incognito Chrome window and compare the result with Safari.

If you get the same result, that means the issue happens when you are not logged in.

Happy Easter!

Regards,
Osama

Hi Osama,
Eventually I managed to solve the problem;
you had to activate the "Language Filter for AJAX operations" option - and the WPBakery plugin started loading the translated texts correctly.
It was just the kind of solution I would have expected from your assistance. And of course it was the simplest solution.
So next time you know what it is.
Thanks anyway
