This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: while having "WPML Translation Management" plugin active but not "WPML Multilingual CMS" or having latest version of WPML Translation and older version of WPML Multilingual CMS

Solution:

1. deactivate all the WPML plugins.

2. delete them (deleting plugins will not erase your translations. translations are in database)

3. download fresh copy of WPML plugins from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

4. install and activate them

Hi!

Seems like i cant update any plugins, including wpml. Another issue is that i see WPML Update is Incomplete message, i tried to update wpml and the updates failed. There is no update button on plugin page, and previously mentioned message

The weird thing is also that my my register key is glitching as well and i cant check for wpml updates. Shows that i need to register wpml, although i did it already

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

The error displays:
while having "WPML Translation Management" plugin active but not "WPML Multilingual CMS" or having latest version of WPML Translation and older version of WPML Multilingual CMS

You have update all your WPML plugins manually.

1. deactivate all the WPML plugins.
2. delete them (deleting plugins will not erase your translations. translations are in database)
3. download fresh copy of WPML plugins from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
4. install and activate them

You registered the key with your correct domain: hidden link
So your current sitekey should work.
if not, just delete it from https://wpml.org/account/ and rescreate then try to register.
