Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Please go to WPML -> Languages and check if you see all the languages you've been using.
If you do not see them please add them back and check.

If that does not help go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and run the cleanup steps one by one.
Does that fix your issue?

Let me know.
Regards,
Riffaz.

Hi,

Do you mean it is fixed and fine when you do this?
- WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and run the cleanup steps one by one

And the problem is back if you update the WPML again?

No... I run the cleanup steps but next time I do update wpml the translation problem occurs again. Currently, wpml asks to be update but I can't do that because I have mess on the translated homepage

Hi,

I can't do that because I have mess on the translated homepage
- could you please explain what exactly those are?

Also, please let me know your site login details to check this closely.

Hi,

Thank you for the details.
I checked your site.

This could be fixed by updating all WPML plugins.

Could you please take a backup of your whole site and database, then update all WPML plugins?
Actually, this process will not effect your pages or translations.
Anyhow, just take backup as I say above and then proceed to update.

If you stuck somewhere let me know.

Let me know how it goes.
