I am trying to: Kick off a translation job based on updated made to the English source. The new content is not showing in the language pages, so we are not able to sync the language version to the updated source.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: The new contact flag as needed update for translation.

Instead, I got: I only see all the strings previously translated from the previous English source.
