Hi,

Welcome to WPML Support forum.

Could you please try these steps and see if you can update it from there?

-Go to Dashboard -> Updates
-Press the "Check Again" button
-go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab. Click 'Check updates'
-select the plugins that you wish to update.
-Download updates.

Note: Please backup your site completely before updating WPML plugins.
