Problem:
The client is considering upgrading their WPML account from Multilingual CMS to Multilingual Agency and is inquiring if upgrading will include an additional 90,000 translation credits, bringing the total to 180,000, since they have already used their initial 90,000 credits.
Solution:
We confirmed that upgrading the account indeed involves only paying the difference between the current plan and the upgraded plan. Upon upgrading, the client will receive the additional 90,000 translation credits included in the higher-tier plan, totaling 180,000 credits. The client can upgrade their subscription at any time from their WPML.org account.
