Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve these issues.
Please try the following steps after a site backup and let me know your feedback.
1) Go to Plugins>>Add New
2) Click on Commercial tab
3) Make sure you have registered for WPML automatic upgrading
4) If so, click on *Check for updates* button
5) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML
6) If you are not registered for automatic upgrading, please register for automatic upgrading and try to upgrade to the latest versions
