URGENT: WPML not displaying the correct page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where clicking the '導入事例' link in the megamenu on your Japanese site redirects to the News page instead of the intended Case Studies page, the problem might not be caused by WPML.
Solution:
We recommend checking the slug of the Japanese Case Studies page. It should match the intended link. In your case, the slug is in English (https://vantiq.com/ja/case-studies/) and not in Japanese (/ja/導入事例/). Additionally, check if there are any redirections set in Tools -> Redirections that might be incorrectly redirecting the '導入事例' link to the News page. Deleting any incorrect redirections should resolve the issue.

If this solution does not apply because it’s outdated or not relevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. joshE-4	Background of the issue: I am trying to ensure that the Japanese version of our website displays the correct pages when navigating through the megamenu. Specifically, I want the '導入事例' link under the 'リソース' megamenu tab on hidden link to direct users to the Case Studies page. However, it currently redirects to the News page. The issue can be seen at hidden link. Symptoms: When clicking '導入事例' in the megamenu of hidden link, it incorrectly returns the News pages instead of the intended Case Studies page. Questions: Why does the '導入事例' link redirect to the News page instead of the Case Studies page? How can I fix the link to ensure it directs to the correct page?

I've checked your site and found that WPML does not cause this issue. Here is what I have found out. A. When editing the Japanese page, I can see that the slug of the page is this: hidden link. It is in English and not in Japanese /ja/導入事例/. Please see the attached screenshot slug-ja.jpg. B. In Tools -> Redirections, you have set a redirection for this slug. Please see the attached screenshot case-study-301.jpg. Deleting this redirection should fix this issue. Regards, Itamar.
