Hi there,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment areaa when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Regards,
Carlos

Hi,

I would like to ask your authorization to make a copy of the site, using Duplicator plugin, in order to make further tests in a local environment without affecting the live site.

Looking forward to your answer.
Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi there,

I made a copy of the site and I'm downloading it in this moment to continue the tests on a local environment without affecting the live site. My next step will be trying to reproduce the issue and isolate its cause.

I will get back to you as soon as I have an answer.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi there,

Our 2nd tier specialists suggested to follow this steps:
- Make a full backup of the site before making any change.
- Go to WPML -> Languages -> Language URL format -> Select the 'Different languages in directories' option -> Save the changes.
- Go to Settings -> Permalinks -> Re-save the permalink structure.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Kind regards,
Carlos

YES. If I use sub-directory. Problem is solved. So you mean, I can not use parameter URL format?
