Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. It all depends on how your logo is setup in your theme, in most cases as the logo is setup in theme options/customizer, you can proceed like this:

1 - In your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > String Translations > Translate texts in admin screens search for the option key your logo is being stored.

2 - Now back in the String Translation screen you are able to translate it using the theme options/customizer text domain to define a different logo image url/id for your secondary languages.

Please, take a look at the section 'Translating your Favicon' from this resource: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-theme-options/ it is the exact same concepts for logo translations. Please, let me know if it helps, have a nice day.
