I have some Elements (e.g. hooks) that are used on pages/post across the site.
I have translated some pages and now they do not seem to use the element anymore.
How can I make this happen, without having to assign the additional translates pages one by on to the element display rules..

    Hey,

Thank you for reaching out to the WPML support!

Can you tell me if you followed the instructions presented here for translating the Elements created using Generatepress, please?
    https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/translating-generatepress-theme-using-wpml/

You should be able to translate the Elements which will be automatically used on the translated pages. Can you give this a try and tell me how this goes, please?

    Thanks,
    Radu

yes.. we looked at many solutions.. we followed both below.
    https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/translating-generatepress-theme-using-wpml/
    https://wpml.org/de/forums/topic/generatepress-translation-of-elements/

so.. the full width layout should work on all translated About pages..
    and it doesn't.
    hidden link

note .. we created the translated pages, before "translating" these elements..

I have excluded some pages form element display rules. but it is not working on the translated page.
    EX. hidden link

the top search box is excluded from this page but showing on the translated page. also, the layout is broken. not show up as full wide. this page is built with elementor.

      Hey,

Could you give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a closer look at the element hooks, please? I want to have a closer look at this issue and see if I can replicate it on my website.

      Thanks,
      Radu
