This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

WPML Capabilities are not reset when a user role is changed and removed from Translation roles

Solution:

The fix for this issue is included in the latest versions of WPML

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

This issue was fixed by our developers and the fix will be included in a future release of WPML.
