1. can a translated page [eg nusaduabeachgrill.com/?lang=id] be completely different from the original ?? ie totally new design and content

2. when we do an image search for the site in english then results are also shown from indonesian!!?? see hidden link...0.0..372889...0.0..0.0.0.......1......gws-wiz-img.kvWMVcN_aDk

Hello @allenc-4, welcome to the WPML support Forum!

1) Yes, you can switch off the WPML Translation Editor on the right sidebar and use the manual editor (see screenshot), where you should be able to build a different page.

2) Unfortunately it is not possible to define the form that google will index and display the results. Since the images are part of the main domain, it is normal for google to display in the search results.What we can recommend in this case is to optimize the SEO of your website. Please take a look at the following articles:
