Hi,

I have not changed the default woocommerce order emails, but have problems with VAT/taxes won't show after installing WPML.

Do you know how to fix this issue?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Could you tell me if the string 'VAT' was translated using WPML -> String Translation?

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback.

Before we continue I need to ask you to update all outdated plugins and themes. Outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.

Please let me know if the issue persists after the steps above?
Regards,
Carlos

Hi Tobias,
Thank you very much for your message.

I tried to visit the backend of the site again but it appears to be broken. Could you fix this issue so I can access the backend of the site again?

Regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

The backend should be open and available. Please check again.

If it still doesn't work, then it may be our cloudflare blocking your access. Then i would like to add your IP to the firewall, so that we can allow you to access the backend.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your message.

This time I was able to log in the site correctly. I took a deeper look at the site and I kindly ask you to follow this steps:
- Create a full backup
- Update all outdated plugins and themes.
- Flush all cache memory.
- Go to Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual -> Status tab -> Fix all problems that appear there.

Could you tell me if the issue was solved?

Regards,
Carlos
