Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Usually, RTL code for a theme is written by the theme developers. It does not come from WPML.
So it's better you ask this your theme support.

Anyhow, following simple CSS will help you to get what you want.

.rtl #site-logo { float: left !important; }
.rtl .center-menu #site-navigation-wrap { left: 50% !important; right: auto !important;}

As per your theme documentation, you have to add the custom CSS in a specific place: hidden link

If that does not help please paste the above code at the very bottom of Appearance > editor > styel.css

It's better you are using the child theme if you are going to paste the CSS to your style.css: hidden link
Otherwise, the custom code will be overridden by your theme updates.

If none of them work for you please try to discuss this with your theme support since it is coming from the theme.

Hope, this will help you.

Regards,
Riffaz.
