I am trying to: Use WPML throughout this website.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link (switch to a different language)

I expected to see: the appropriate language, Dutch or German

Instead, I got: the English version of the shop.

I will be helping you with this behaviour.

1. Can you please confirm that you have translated all of your product categories?

2. Please also check there are no errors/warnings listed in the following panels:
- Woocommerce > Status
- Woocommerce > Woocommerce Multilingual > Status

3. Diagnostics
Please also check if this behaviour happens when you temporarily deactivate your non-WPML plugins (including all Woocommerce Addons but excluding Woocommerce) --AND-- with your active theme temporarily set to Storefront.

Dear Yvette,

1. All relevant product categories have been translated.
2. No relevant errors in those two panels
3. I can't currently test that - our sandbox does not have this error, and attempting to make a backup crashes the entire server's SQL. I would only be able to test it on live, which is of course not possible, as this is a running website. What else can we do to determine what is going wrong?

1. I assuming that your sandbox site is using the same theme?
2. and that you have made the same configuration on each site?

3. If you don´t mind, could I take a look at your live site to see if I can spot anything obvious?
