Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Could you please enable error reporting at you site as I need to see the detail of the error log. You can see how to enable debug logging here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/

To enable it, open your ‘wp-config.php’ file and look for ‘define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);’. Change it to:

// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

// Disable display of errors and warnings
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );

This will create debug.log file in your site's wp-content directory. Please send me its contents.

Thank you

Hello,

Ok, now it is safe to just dismiss that notice as it could be a one-time event due to updates, all will be fine for WPML then. We had a similar issue before but it was handled already in the current version. You are seeing this error since you are just upgrading from the old version (which produced that error) to the new one.

Incase you can’t dismiss this notice, you can solve it by removing the empty value from your database table "wp_icl_strings" using database tool like PHPMyAdmin or similar. Before doing that please Backup your database and website for safety.

The other PHP Deprecated notice shown in the debug log is related to the theme and if you want you can inform to the theme developer here about that: hidden link

Thank you
