we got many problem after using the WPML
from the google webmaster, we see many many posts which is not my post, WPML just generated many duplicate posts with the same description, just copy to different language category.
and now google think we have many copy posts and we got punished!!!

This may be happening because of the older version of WPML and All In One SEO Pack plugins. Please upgrade to the latest version of the plugins after a full site backup and make sure the issues are existing or not.

i got notice from the wordpress for below problem:

Taxonomy sync problem Show this notice.

Some taxonomy terms are out of sync between languages. This means that content in some languages will not have the correct tags or categories.

In order to synchronize the taxonomies, you need to go over each of them from the following list and click the "Update taxonomy hierarchy" button.

what to do now?

Thank you for the login information. I can log in to the site. WPML support forum is the only mode of support for the WPML plugins now. So as per our support policies, we can't provide support via Email or WeChat/WhatsApp.

this is 3rd video.

as you can see, we don't have /products/ category under /es/ language
it should be /es/airless-pintar-productos/
but it shows many contents under /es/products/
why this happened?

Hello,

This may be happening because of incorrect entries in the translation. Now the Post Categories and Tags are not showing Language links. Please check the attached images.

So please try the following steps after a full site backup and make sure you are getting the expected result or not.

1) Upgrade to the latest version of WordPress and All In One SEO Pack
2) Go to WPML>>Support page
3) Click on Troubleshooting link (blue link in the middle of the page)
4) In Troubleshooting page, please click on the following options of the *Clean up* section. Wait for confirmation of processing after each one.

- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix terms count
- Fix post type assignment
- Recreate ST DB cache tables

5) Visit WPML>>Settings, enable *Translate custom post and taxonomy base slugs (via WPML String Translation)* option of *Slug translations*
6) Visit Settings>>Permalink Settings, resave the settings

Please note, may it will take few days or few weeks to refresh the data in Google Webmaster.
