Hi,

We suspect this is because of some file corruption.
Please disable all the WPML plugins. Delete them.
Download fresh copies from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
Install and actiavte.

Let me know the results, please.

Hi Riffaz,

Thanks for looking into that.

Quick background: all my WPML plugins have been active until now, but the translation of my website is currently hidden due to another issue I'm experiencing (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/mc4wp-forms-styles-errors/).

What will happen with the translation if I delete all WPML plugins, download and reinstall them? Will the translation dissapear and will I need to paste it once again? Or will it be saved somewhere and will automatically reappear?

Hi,

Deleting WPML plugins will not delete the translations.
Translations are in the database.
So when you reinstall the plugins you will get back your translations from the database.
