Our website hidden link is very slow because of WPML. The plugin "WPML Multilingual CMS" takes up a lot of memory. How can I solve this issue?

Hi Andrey,

I checked those pages and we're already doing everything written there.
Could there be another (compatibility) issue? As it's an eCommerce store, it's quite essential for the website to be not slow.

Can you do the following?
- Update WPML and other plugins you are using to the latest versions
- create a duplicator package (or provide me WordPress credentials, so that I can create packages myself using duplicator PRO plugin and that I can exclude all the media files)
- while creating duplicator package, please exclude all the files from wp-uploads so that they don't take up too much space in the archive

Apart from that, please provide me with information on where are you seeing the slowness - is the front-end of the site, backend of the site or elsewhere.

After this, we will treat this ticket as a performance one and will profile with hidden link, sending the results.

When creating package, I get this error, can you have a look? This happens even on the initial scan, so I'm not able to use filters or anything else.

I am not familiar with the issue you encountered or the Duplicator plugin. What could be causing this issue? Are there any values that should be increased?

I am not sure about the exact answer, but check this, it is official guide from Duplicator related to that issue:

Because usually I haven't seen errors on the scanning itself, but only during a package creation and there are ways to remedy that, such as enabling client-side kickoff, changing archive format and such.

I think that the best course here would be reaching out the hosting support and ask what is behind the scenes, try scanning again and when it hits 504, ask the hosting support about the latest error messages.
