[Resolved] When I open below English page link all the translation are present , but when I move to "NL" page...
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that on their Dutch (NL) page, translations were not appearing, and the 'Load More' button was not functioning, whereas these features were working correctly on the English version of the site. Solution: We first confirmed that all plugins, especially WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce, were updated. We then requested the client to create a staging site using the WP Staging plugin to avoid affecting the live site. After further investigation by our 2nd-tier support specialists, it was discovered that custom code in the functions.php file of the child theme might be causing the issue. We set up a sandbox site and asked the client to install the parent theme, Ekko, to continue with the troubleshooting.

When I open below English page link all the translation are present , but when I move to "NL" page it does not show any associated translation for it and when I click on the load more the products further are not coming in NL page but in other it is working.

Just following up on this—it's quite urgent for me. The NL page still isn’t showing translations, and the “Load More” feature isn’t working there, while everything works fine on other pages. Could you please check and fix this as soon as possible?
I visited hidden link and when I click on 'Load more' to load more products, I get 'No more products'. Is that the issue you are describing?
If this is the case, then I kindly ask you to check if there are more products translated to NL and published under that category. If they are, then I will need to take a deeper look.
When I check the Nederlands version of the below link there are 3 issue:
- When hovering over the language switcher, no other language options are available whereas in other version there are options to switch between languages.
- In the sidebar filter, no category appears selected in the Nederlands version, while it works correctly in other languages.
- When clicking the “Load More” button, it shows “No more products,” which is not the case in other languages.

I have checked the backend and in "Mokken & Bekers" category (dutch version) No product is showing, then how some of product coming in frontend?
Can you please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
To review all these issues you mentioned, I will need to take a closer look at the site configuration. Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private.
Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.
Please confirm you have a site backup that you can restore if necessary and update all outdated plugins that appear in this link: hidden link especially WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce.
The outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.
I ran several troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Can you create a staging site with a copy of the live site so we can run further tests without affecting the production site?
You can easily create a staging site using the WP Staging plugin for free.
I have set your next message private so you can securely share the access credentials to the staging site.
Thank you for checking. Unfortunately, we are unable to create a staging site, as the website contains a large dataset and our server resources (CPU, memory, and storage) are limited. Cloning the site may impact the stability and performance of the live site.
I have escalated this ticket to our 2nd tier of support so our specialists can take a deeper look at this issue and isolate its cause. I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer from them.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding!
Our 2nd-tier specialists found lots of custom code in the functions.php file of the active theme, which is a child theme of the Ekko theme.
To rule out that the cause of this issue is the custom code in the child theme, I have created a sandbox site that you can access via this link: hidden link and I kindly ask you to install the parent theme Ekko to run more tests.
Please let me know when you finish the installation of the parent theme so our 2nd-tier specialists can continue investigating.
