Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1.- Please update the PHP version of the server in order to meet WPML minimum requirements and WordPress minimum requirements too.

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Could you tell me if the issue persists after finishing the steps above?

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

I updated the PHP version to 7.1 and increased the WP memory limit to 128M, per your request, but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

David

Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Update all outdated plugins and themes to their latest versions. Outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.
- Edit the page in the original language -> Make a small changes in the elements with the issues -> Save the changes -> Translate the page.

Could you tell me if the issue persists?

Best regards
Carlos

I updated the plugins, edited the page with the issues (home page), tried to translate it again, but it still has the problem.

Hi,

I have added the button shortcode to WPML -> Translation Management -> Custom XML Configuration

Now wen you translate the home page the label and URL of the buttons are visible.

Could you confirm that the issue is solved?
Best regards,
Carlos
