This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported two issues after translating their website from English to German using WPML: missing photos on the German version and occasional strange font colors.
Solution:
For the missing images, we recommended checking the configuration settings in WPML. Here are the steps we suggested:
1. Edit a tour in the original language.
2. In the right column under the Language block, at the bottom, there are two checkboxes: one to duplicate the featured image and another for the attached media. Select both checkboxes.
3. Save the changes and update the translation.
This should resolve the issue with the missing images on the German version of the site.
For the font color issues, we asked the client to provide a step-by-step description of how the problem manifests on the site to better understand and address the issue.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I translated my website from English to German using WPML. The site URL is hidden link.

Symptoms:
On the German version of the website, there are no photos visible. Additionally, the German website sometimes displays strange colors of fonts.

Questions:
Could the issue with photos be caused by some being original in English and others translated to German?
Why does the German website display strange colors of fonts sometimes?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

1.- I suspect the images are missing on the secondary language because there is a configuration that needs to be activated. Please follow these steps:
- Edit one of the tours in the original language
- Go to the right column -> Language block -> A the bottom you will find two checkboxes to duplicate the featured image and the attached media -> Select both and save the changes -> Update the translation

Could you tell me if the issue disappeared for that tour?

2.- Regarding the font issues. Could you describe step-by-step how to see the problem on the site?

Looking forward to your message,
Regards,
Carlos

Hello Carlos,

many thanks for coming back to me. Your proposal really solved the issue and the website looks great now. I managed to solve as well the font issue by myself. Nevertheless I lost feature photos on home page on English version somewhere on the way. I managed to put some back, but even though they are in template set up, I don't see them on the website. Do you have some idea how this could be solved?

Many thanks.

Hi there,
I'm happy to hear that the original issue was solved šŸ™‚

I visited the site but I can see all images correctly. Could you double-check if the issue persists? If so, please share the URL where it can be seen.
