Hi! I'm trying to trnafer some credits from one website to another. It says I can remove them ]n the WPML dashboard, pass them over to wpml.org so I can reassign them to the other site, but there is no such thing as a Tools tab in WPML dashboard. Could you please update your instruction or something? This si very confusing. I can't find the trnafer button anywhere. I remember using this before, but I don't know where to find it now. If you've moved the button could you please point me to the updated instructions? A link or anything of help would be highly appreciated.

Trying to transfer credit from .ro to .com. when I clicked the manage credit button the attched pop-up says I can remove credits via WPML dashboard --- Tools - Transfer credit to WPML.org so I can then reassign them, but there is no such thing as a Tools tab in WPML Dashboard. Where is the transfer button now? Each site is using only the assigned number of credits.
The path i've used is logged into my account, clicked manage credits on the right hand list, clicked the manage credits button next to .ro, in the popup I've clicked the Remove credit button, the other popup in the attachement shows up with those incorrect instructions. There is no toos tab in WPML Dashboard. I have a video screen recording as well if needed, but I understand this message is public so I won't share a video if that is the case, so not to reveal relevant personal info. thanks!
Welcome to WPML support. A very good cacth. I created a report to our documentation team to update the instructions tehre as the Tools tab was an optiuon in older versions.
Please do as follows:
- Go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Translation Dashboard > Payments & Maintenance (tab)
- Expand the accordion menu related to wpml.org and there you can assign back the credits to wpml.org.
