Hello In order to better help you, please send us a copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin as per this article. https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ You can simply create the package and let me know when I can go in and download it. In this way we can troubleshoot the issue freely without bothering you. |

Hello Well - it did not happen on the local copy. Dang. Is it ok if you enable debug mode but NOT for it to show? In that case the errors are caught in the debug.log? e.g. And then install/activate the Advanced Filmemanager plugin so I can read the error log? I also need system access again. |

Hi No, that is not possible. When I moved your site to a local server, the problem did not happen. Video: hidden link I was able to execute the WCML setup wizard and therater translate products with the ATE. This indicates some kind of problem associated with your server and the only way to find out what this is is to get the message from your debug log. If you are unwilling or unable to turn on debug, my hands are tied as to how to help you. Enabling debug while keeping visibility disabled will allow us to capture the messages in the log. |

yes you are free to troulehsoot as you wish, No I am not sure about Toolset plugin and what is it needed for as I installed it together with the other recommended WPML plugins. |

Helllo There were deprecated php calls in 2 plugins: Toolset Types and ThemeRex Addons When I updated both of these plugins to their latest releases, the blank screen stopped appearing and the expected WCML wizard displayed. Please try completing the wizard on the sandbox site to see if you run into any other issues. Then you can try same on yours. |
