Hi.

Please confirm that you are referring to menu I show on the screenshot.

Is WPML active and updated on your site?
Can you please check our documentation about translating and syncing WordPress menus and see that you are doing everything correctly?
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read the detailed explanation about it here.
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi,

Yes, I was referring to that issue you highlighted.

I looked into the link you provided. I don't see the same layout at the backend that I see in the link.

I have attached the debug info with this message.

Thank you.

Hi.

You wrote: "I looked into the link you provided. I don't see the same layout at the backend that I see in the link."
I'm not sure which layout you mean.
Can you please send me a screenshot and explain?

Please also correct the following and see if it helps.
By looking at the debug info that you have attached I can see that your server WP Memory Limit is set to 40M.
Our recommendations are to have the following as minimal requirements:
- PHP 5.6 and above (this OK with your installation) with a WP Memory Limit of at least 128MB and more if possible.
- MySQL 5.6 and above (this OK with your installation).
Please follow this link for detailed documentation:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
Is it possible for you to change those to the minimum requirement?
You may need to contact your hosting provider for that.
Meeting those baseline requirements is most critical before starting to debug and sometimes solves issues like you experiencing.
Most important is to raise the WP Memory Limit.
Please try to raise it before you contact your hosting company.
You can try and do it from the wp-config.php file in your WordPress installation.
Insert this code in that file.

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

Add it before this line:
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Could you please perform that procedure and see if it help?

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.
I added those codes you provided. But, it still did not fix the issue.

I am wondering if it is caused by the fact that that site does not have the WPML license? I am testing my site at a different hosting server. Perhaps, license only works for a single site?

Thanks.

Hi,

Itamar is on leave.
He will come back by Wednesday.
I will be helping you till he comes back or you can simply wait for him.

you have purchased Multilingual CMS package.
so you can create three different keys and use them in three different sites.

Please note, every site should have site UNIQUE key.
you can not use the same key in two different sites.

Please go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/
generate a new key for you new site.
and register your site with the new key.

could you please confirm this first?

Regards,
Riffaz.
